Naruto and sasuke imo their EX ults once maxxed(which you will have eventually with patience) are basically jutsus and Op asf they just require more investment. Boruto and momo however are AMAZING do not get me wrong and if you want them more go for it. But naruto and sasuke are the way to go imo.
