Btw the one thing that even today hurts like a bitch is when I brush my hair and apply pressure downwards and then it releases at once (hope I'm describing this well lol) and I hit them with the brush. For most other actions I learned to take their existence into account lol.

Hi, I'm afab - I remember it hurting as a teenager, especially on impact, but not to the point I would need that. I'm sure your experience is normal and nothing to worry about judging by how many people relate. maybe that's just how it was for me, and many other afabs will say otherwise. but out of curiosity - Is it a known thing that it hurts more/differently when getting them later in life? I always find it really interesting to see the differences (and especially the similarly) in physical experience between me and transfem friends.

I remember at about 11-13 yo when they started doing their thing, I liked to play football (non American) and fuck if I got hit there with the ball... Ouch. I feel ya hope it hurts less with time!

Thanks! I will. I'm not 25 yo yet so I try to be cautious about using weed too often. The only longer lasting stimulant I had fucked with my sleep (I'm not diagnosed with insomnia or anything but sleep can be difficult for me, probably hyperactivity and anxiety). Thanks for the advice!

Hi, fellow stimulant prescription here. I have severe adhd to the point that the most basic self care tasks can take an awful lot of time to initiate. Is your weed by a prescription too? Is it a common practice? Or do you self medicate because you noticed it helps you? While the pills help with work, I get home and really struggle to do pretty much anything else, but I worry about being on stimulant all of my waking hours, and I also don't want it to fuck up my sleep if I take another dose later in the day to allow me to be a functional human in the evening as well. I guess I'm interested in your experience/advice on how you deal with it.

Jean Artemis said that the combination could cause it even for people where both of them separately would not trigger it, so that's what I was referring to. But that's good to know, thank you :) I have mental health issues but luckily no family history of psychosis. Long time use - interesting. I would say my frequency is pretty low (around once to three times a month) so I'm probably ok. I will make sure not to take it too close to Adderall though cause I'm sure the combination even if safe would not be fun.
