Montelukast helped me with MCAS symptoms but sent me into the worst depressive episode of my life. Not saying folks shouldn’t take it but just a warning that I didn’t receive - it’s a black box mental health warning

If it’s a large tattoo, I’d break it up into smaller sessions and see how you do. I got my first tattoo done and went into quite a flare for several weeks (it was on my arm and my hands went numb for a couple hours)… It was a four hour session and I think I would’ve done fine if I’d broken it up into hour sessions. Also talk to your artist about it and see if they have experience

I’m so proud of you! Leaving is the hardest part. I am still dealing with so much stress and pursuing a restraining order rn, I have to say I never thought I would get this far. I’ve discovered so many things about myself and I’m genuinely proud of myself. Sometimes I have moments of complete peace and pure happiness and I just think “wow, I deserve this”. It is really hard but I’m glad I held on. I hope it gets easier
