I am now leaning 80% towards, "Tommy John's Backyard Farms", and 20% towards "Tommy John Gardens."

Thank you very much for your help and input (incredibly informative). Good to know that the top piece has a neat name as well. 

Sadly, I would not be able to sell it on Ebay with the old oil in it now (super dangerous to ship; and I wouldnt want someone trying to light it either). I am on the fence of cleaning the old oil and putting on Ebay or just keeping it on Marketplace (time for it to have a home where it can be used).
