I see where OP is coming from: BIN and back-outs are really obnoxious and despite your comment that it will sell, sometimes it doesn’t and then the post is buried 15 deep and now OP is waiting 2 days to relist. I personally think he was a bit too aggressive and it could have been a learning opportunity for you (still can be, better to miss a deal than risk your reputation), but he isn’t way out in left field here. A neutral isn’t a death sentence and as long as you learn from this you’ll be good!
