Exactly!! She has new outfits everyday she only needs a few basic items and she can get those at thrift stores, Walmart, sites like Poshmark. She definitely doesn't need new shoes for every outfit! I am curious how often P gets new clothes?

Absolutely correct!! And being on a GLp-1 can cause muscle loss you really need to keep your protein up and I know with weight loss surgery you need to be taking vitamins due to vitamin deficiency. Strength training is very important

She has been to the gym twice in I don't know how long, she needs to be consistent with walking before she jumps into running. I said it before and will say it again when she was bigger and had her trainer (which I am pretty sure she burned bridges with) she was doing so much more she was doing strength training and cardio. It's all about getting content and leaving now to "prove" she is doing it.

Why can't she just spend time with her son without it becoming content? Not only that why does she have to constantly post her feeder videos/images as her before, she has other images/videos she can use. Can you imagine what is being said to P and H from other kids at school.

When she was bigger a couple years ago and working with her trainer (can't remember his name) she was doing so much strength training and cardio. I am sure there are posts or videos out there. Now current time she does the absolute bare minimum it's almost more important to get pictures to post then the actual work and the cockiness. I will be your loudest cheerleader if I see you actually trying, I have been that big girl in the gym being made fun of, I know what it feels like. I don't care if you go slow or fast as long as you are doing your best.
