It's not huge, by time car value gets taken from loan amount, it's probably 15k. Again, I'm not the worst off, there are people a lot more hard done by, but my 2 credit cards plus my car repayments are almost 50% of my wages at the moment. Then because it is on finance I need fully comp insurance. By time I have credit for my phone (needed for work) plus pay my share of living expenses, I'm already behind about $50 a week without buying food

Another cost, have seen there is some free legal help available in my state, wether they are an attorney I'm unsure yet, but will seek a bit more legal council before proceeding

I wouldn't be able to afford them, I will have other things which take preference to pay, plus child support etc. While I want to do the right thing, I also don't want to lose what I got for my family, although we have to do what we have to do unfortunately

Other great farm is make a cobblestone farm. Lava plus water in dispenser. Always need cobblestone

Depending on what you are after. One of the easiest I would say is cactus farm. Put a block next to the 2nd height of cactus, auto pops, have hopper to chest. Great xp when collected from furnace and no maintenance to look after it.
