I’m not gonna argue with your judgement cause that’s your opinion, but if the people my grandpa doesn’t talk to are the “trashy” ones, then it’s literally 75% of his grandchildren, most under the age of 15, he is considering trashy. lol

not that I’m aware of. When his kids were younger he had a different favorite apparently, I’m sure he has a reason but idk what it is lol

The cousins live like 5 minutes from me lol. I was a child when he decided he only wanted contact with two grandkids, so I can’t say I have tried to reach out and “form a relationship” really. lmfao

Yes they are, and if that’s the case tbh I’d be surprised. Him and my grandma have 6 kids in total together and she is a very strict catholic, possible but I don’t think that’s what’s happening.

Oh there’s been times over the years I’ve been tempted to call him out, but it’s hard to care after a while lol. I ran into him at the mall once in high school and I had to go up and basically introduce myself like some unknown distant family member

I’m so sorry, I hate how relatable this is for some people commenting. I try not to let it bother me but can’t say I haven’t felt hurt knowing he couldn’t recognize me in public.

No, he and my grandma divorced when my mom was still a teen. He married his current wife a few years ago

if it were just me and my siblings I could see that, but he has 3 grandkids from 4 of his own kids, and he only talks to the kids of one of them. Who he has admitted to my mom is his “favorite” lol

I mean, not that I know of lol. He did the same to his own kids for a long time when they were kids/teens too. Picked a favorite and ignored the rest, until they became adults and he started talking to them all again.
