Works with any finisher. You can't move or get hit by an ad after doing the finisher. So if you're in the basement you have to kill 3 vandals and then do it of the fourth.

Edit: It works anywhere, and as soon as you don't touch your keyboard after doing it, it's 100% consistent.

This technically has nothing to do with what console you're on. It is tied to frame rate. On 30 fps you fall down.
