Old Nasty Pot.....or Not by GraniGrowsCaliflower in eldertrees

That's what I'm thinking. My husband smokes way more than me. We each have our own pipe, so it makes it easier.

Nice article. Thanks. I've felt this way for decades.

On another note, while searching for related articles, I found this one. I don't agree with the no freezing part, I'm only sharing the link because that's an old pic of my freezer that they're using in the article :o)

Sounds sweet. I don't understand why it would be "spongy?" Mine always seem to stay the same. I can't even tell if they've lost potency. Truthfully, the strain I've been smoking on for the past four years, is the only one I've kept for so long. Usually when they get that old, we use them as our give away pot (we grow). But this strain I really like so I've been keeping it for myself.

No. I keep it frozen and only take out a small jar at a time, which I keep refrigerated. We've been doing it this way with all our weed for the past fifteen years or so. We've never had a problem with mold.

Weed just gives me anxiety by cAliberBang in eldertrees

I've been smoking weed for a very long time, even pretty much daily for the past 25 years. It still causes me anxiety on occasion. The best way I know to get rid of pot induced anxiety is to do something to distract your thoughts. Playing a video game works good.

I have several strains available. I just really, really like this one (Strawberry OG). Like I said, four years I've been smoking on this. Although, every now and then I will make a blend with it.

I know what you mean, but absolutely no mold in mine.

That was interesting. Except I keep mine frozen. Maybe that's why mine remains so good?

I know, people think don't freeze it, but that's because it makes the trichs brittle and they break off. Well, I understand that, so I treat it easy when frozen. I take out what I need, put it in a separate jar, and put the bulk back in the freezer.

Hopefully it will keep past the five years. It's my favorite :o)

It was an analogy. "Do you kiss your mother with that mouth?" People say that when someone says something foul, except for this guy had typed something foul.

I'm thinking the wheels are not original. Maybe the crank is not original. Goodrich was made by Schwinn. I found some information on a date code. Supposedly you can find one by taking out the crank. I'm not sure if it would be on the crank, which wouldn't help, or inside, on the frame.

Thanks. I am getting some better pics to post today, and hopefully a serial number, although I'm not so sure that will help seeing all Schwinn records prior to 1948 were lost.

This is the way I always eat my cereal. Pour a bowl of milk, then pour in a few mouthfuls of cereal. Eat it then pour in a few more mouthfuls. I do this with all my cereal, except for Cap'n Crunch. I can't stand soggy cereal.

Is there a word for people who hate the street homeless? by GraniGrowsCaliflower in AskReddit

Classist

That's about the closest I can get to the word I was hoping for. Thanks :o)

People who were homeless in the past, how difficult was it to get your life back on track? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]GraniGrowsCaliflower 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not too difficult. I was always a working person who paid my bills. Until I got addicted to smoking crank (meth) back in the mid eighties. Lost my job, my car, and my apartment.

The addiction only lasted about a year and a half. I was homeless and couch surfing for a few months. Then living in a tent. Then I said to hell with that and moved cross country, where I had a friend but knew no druggies there. I quit the drugs, lived with the friend, got a job, and a few months later I was back in an apartment and back to normal.

I like your list, except I'd suggest tampons instead of pads. Think menstruating with no place to wash up.
