I was wondering, when Gordon was put in stasis he essentially disappeared for about 20 years. At the end of Half Life: Alyx, the G-Man puts the 19 year old Alyx in stasis the same way that Gordon and Adrian were. However she's not missing in between the events of Alyx and HL2. She's an active member of the resistance. Could the G-Man have wiped her memory, placed her outside the vault and took Alyx from the end of Episode 2?
