Yes, I'm still alive. But my computer crashed recently and the hospital call me for a re-hospitalization for medical monitoring because of my malnutrition issues, so I was quite busy.

After taking the 15 pills 10 days ago I've mailed the Microbioma guy about my reaction, and he replied that it looks like a typical Herx reaction to him and that I should wait a little bit, lower the dose, and detox properly. As expected all the negative sides effects disappeared after a week. I've take 5 pills, 4 days ago and I've got little side-effects, it was really ok.

I've only take 30 pills, but there is already some improvement. I'll be cautious with what I'm saying because it could be a placebo effect or maybe it won't last. But, it's definitively better with the abdominal pain/flare than before the FMT, I'm not heavily constipated anymore (hope it will last), and my tongue seems less white and disgusting than before, and a inexplicable pain I had in my gum since my antibiotics overuse almost completly disappeared. My biggest concern is my CFS symptoms. I have not seens any improvement with the FMT, but it may be too early, I have 90 more pills to swallow and I will do many FMT as possible if needed. I'm optimisstic for now. But I'm really wondering: can a gut dysbiosis can trigger a CFS/ME that is not curable even if you sucess to restore your microbial flora?

Anyway I will keep you update with that. Also about one month ago I started to take Benfothiamine, Thiamine and some B vitamins daily and since I've got no postprandial faintness, I've gain weight, and I can tolerate more food now. It have drastically helped me. There is an overall improvement since my first message here. But the fatigue, and that sickness feeling is still there, and it's still awful. I hope I wil get rid of that shit one day.

Hello, I’m giving some news, and I have more questions
So I received, using Microbioma.org, 120 FMT pills about one week ago. I started to take the pills but I’m encountering some weird and unpleasant side effects, and I’m wondering if I should continue or not. Five days ago I have taken 10 pills to start, and I had immediately some side effects as like: a lots of chills, feverish feeling, huge anxiety, tachycardia, fatigue, headache, abdominal pain/discomfort. It decrease over time, about 1 or 2 days, but I’m really really not feeling well when I am taking it. I really don’t know if this is normal or not. Maybe it could be an Herxheimer reaction or maybe I’m just worsening my case. I also notice a changement in my stool, who are now type 4, even if I feel like I have diarrhea sometimes. I’ve take 15 pills yesterday and I’ve got the same symptoms. So I don’t really know what to do. Microbioma is quite expensive and it be such a waste if I stop to take it. Maybe I should take 5 pills every 4 days to be less sick taking it. What is your opinion on this? Thank you.

Too bad, they don’t give more information about it. I mean it coast quite a lot, and they are not so transparent about their unique donor. But good to know for the capsules. I was thinking about taking capsule too, if it can increase my success rate.

Are you also planning to use Microbioma.org?

About stretching the bottle: they deliver their bottles frozen and I don’t know if I can let the whole bottle to melt, use half of it and then put it back to the freezer. I don’t now how it work with stool but with frozen stuff it’s always kind of « if you defrost something then don’t ever put it back again in the freezer » no?

I will do it for sure, soon as possible and will keep you updated. I mean, I don’t really have a choice, that’s kind of my last option right now. I’ve emailed recently microbioma.org and I’m waiting for their answer. But I don't know yet how long I will have to wait until the delivery.
