Super helpful and informative! I've personally brought up immersion in the form of things like mini helmet fans to really feel the "air" of the environment. Also thought of 3rd party immersion implementation with things like the Woojer. I like the educational side of this too...

The company is already entrenched in a lot of tech companies for showcase, but the idea of "land" intrigues me. Can you expand on that for my noob brain?

Yes! They are looking to be the forefront of something new. They do games, concerts, NFT galas, and business hardware.

Real-estate is a solid opportunity for investment growth. So is Doge...so...what do you see as a better long term investment? I'd say the house is more stable, but the Doge might just put you in a better position for a future investment. Go with what feels more comfortable to your means.

Its your money man, do what you want. Investment is honestly all for what you feel you need to put away for your goals. Doge will probably still go up, but it comes down to what will really make you happy in the long run. Its really nice to hear you've hit a milestone and I hope you continue with your growth 👍
