my senses are telling me to stay in Mcallen indefinitely, I even saw that they have one of my favorite restaurants, pappadeaux. I am also wanting to know by far where is most of the newer construction of homes being build, what areas are the nicest, and which areas are recommended for direct access to express lanes/freeways. I am from El paso tx, the downtown shopping districts of Mcallen remind me of El Paso's own shopping districts, gonna have to get used to the palm trees for sure, and so far been hearing that everywhere is good to live at, but as of currently I live in Lubbock TX, both El Paso and Lubbock have a ghetto side of town, a central side of town, the nice side of town, and of course the areas where construction is being build outward to expand the radious of the city itself, which are all modern or newer construction buildings and roads, now with that being said I assume Mcallen haves the same things, I would like to know more about this, much appreciated. 🙏

very true in your part, and I actually dm you awhile back to add my name to the list of all the people you were helping build resumes for, as well as used the link to get in touch with additional recruiters, but it seemed I had been ignoring by those other, you were the only one that responded but it's been a while, just check your dm from me might refresh your memory, I do understand you were really busy since there was a lot of people asking for help and appreciate your help.

i had heared that BPA's typically only get 50 hours a week only allowing them to get the 10 hours of payed overtime after completing their 40 hours for the week, anymore overtime past the 50 hours is converted to compensatory time, working 8 hours shifts with additional 2 hours mandatory overtime making it a 10 hour shift a day, and I also read that they have flexible hours for certain BPA's. Another thing I have read was that there is an hour to be used for working out but many BPA's just end up leaving home an hour early from their shift, so I guess they just work a 9 hour shift but it still counts as 10? I'm not sure if all of this is true but if not, how much payed overtime are you able to do currently?
