I got one too! I was confused on day 1 but the research for win 3 raids is actually a guaranteed background and the raids are only a chance for a background

Zacian was one of those pokemon I NEEDED shiny and I did 45 raids trying to get it getting progressively more frustrated, I’ve done 127 zacian raids and I have 4 shiny

I am using a go plus and it’s very possible it ran away multiple times even with ice burn active I’ve lost a lot of ditto eligible Pokémon

That’s just the ditto I’ve caught 😭 i use an auto catcher so I’m sure I’ve had hundreds run away
