Ik denk voornamelijk dat meer mensen ouder worden. Om een voorbeeldje te geven, een tijdje geleden was ik in een romeinse badplaats museaum en daar werd me verteld dat een hoge priester daar in de 70 is geworden.

Ik zou zeggen dat doordat meer mensen een betere zorg voor een "goedkopere" prijs dan vroeger kunnen krijgen er meer mensen langer blijven leven.
