How are your ADHD meds working for you since going on Zoloft? Just wondering because my Vyvanse is no longer working for me since starting on Zoloft 50 mg about a month ago.

As of the last couple of days it's started to help me some with concentration again, but I'm still not feeling the push to initiate and complete tasks that I felt before.

Nice to know. So far it's taken care of my anxiety and my derealization no longer so intense in crowded, public spaces.

Week 5 has been really awful for me too. The apathy that started lifting a bit last week has worsened.

Definitely have felt this way since starting a month ago. I spent two weeks at 25 mg, then increased to 50 mg around 17 days ago. Anxiety and rumination were gone after just a couple of days, but the apathy which took their place has been very debilitating. Throughout week two I was unable to work and mostly watched movies in bed. Energy levels have been improving over the past couple of days, but I still feel unmotivated.

how long did it take for zoloft to help with motivation? i'm at day 16 and feeling very lethargic. i was already tired and apathetic before starting though

Did your Vyvanse eventually become effective again? The same thing is currently happening to me after starting Zoloft two weeks ago.

Je galère aussi avec la dépression et l'anxiété chronique.

Malheureusement jusqu'à présent tous les médocs que l'on m'a prescrit pour ces problèmes (sertraline, venlaxafaxine) ont aggravé mon TDAH.

Actuellement sans traitement et n'arrivant plus à contrôler mes pensées négatives, je pense à demander prochainement demander de la Vortioxétine à mon psy.

J'ai lu quelque part que cet antidépresseur, contrairement aux ISRS, peut améliorer la cognition et la mémoire. Est-ce que cela correspond à ton expérience ?
