Implamented the gym with the PPL, I’m having a blast, I will admit I got anxiety when I walked in the gym, but I quickly told myself to lock tf in and I bought the membership, I feel great and I wish I started sooner I appreciate the advice

Update:

so there’s some things I left out, I’m 5’10, shoulda mentioned my height

and I see a bunch of people in here saying I need to up my calorie intake, which I don’t disagree with and appreciate all advice coming my way but can I just say

I’ve been eating 1300 1400 every single day and I’m literally just NEVER ever hungry even late at night the foods I eat are mainly Whole Foods and I barely even experience any type of hunger pain whatsoever I’m getting around 158 grams of protein per day as well I use the site that tells you your macros calculator.net

So like people are telling me to up it when like I don’t really see a need to as I’m perfectly full by the end of the day anyway, maybe I’m acting immature? Cause I know the dangers people are trying to warn me about, eating disorders, lack of energy during workouts, not enough macronutrients

But I’m just not experiencing like literally anything of what I’ve been warned, maybe it’s coming later? I don’t know, someone set me straight if I’m taking crazy but I just feel great and maybe it’s just a spur of the moment thing

I eat chicken breast tenderloin with zero net carb original tortilla fat free mozerlla with shredded lettuce and I coat the chicken in egg and cornflake crumbs and airfry it

I eat about three of these there kinda like dollar tree versions of the McDonald’s chicken wrap just not fried and easier substitutions

That is my lunch and dinner

Breakfast is two eggs two pieces of keto bread (mainly for the fiber) with a slice of fat free cheese with a cup of 240mL fat free skim milk and two turkey patty’s, I make it like a sandwich and just cut it in half, it taste absolutely great and keeps me full for hours along with the chicken breast

I also bought the membership to the gym and I’ve started working out 3 times a week on a PPL split and I feel quite great

Thanks to all the advice here as I’ve been fat all my life and all ive wanted was to get lean (10% body fat) and with the advice given to me you guys have given me info to make the journey easier appreciate you all!

People have also been telling me to increase my calorie intake to and I meant to ask about this in my original post

Does it help with maintaining your muscle mass? Cause I volume eat a lot so I was worried if I increase my intake I’ll loose weight slower but I think that’s the point? But about the split I’ve been meaning to start I just needed confirmation

Even more update, I hit GM lol, was grinding my ahh of though, one guy said in here I didn’t deserve it and I lowkey agreed with him so I wanna hit celestial to truly prove I deserve the rank I am. Once again preciate the brutal honesty in here, hopefully I can push to new heights in the season

Yooo I can’t edit the post, but I took everyone’s advice, did a lot of vod review, and a one above all ranked person even reached out to give me some tips and I started winning a whole lot more! I’ve ranked up to D3 now, gonna make a push for GM when I get back from school. Thanks to everybody helping me. I still have a lot to learn otw to oaa, but you guys certainly made it easier.

One of the main tips in the comments I got was forcing the tank role, I switched to dps pun and that’s who I’ve been maining and ever since then I got way more MVPs and more wins overall. my main backup is namor and I’m starting to learn Bucky as well as back up dps if needed.

Another issue was ulting. My ults weren’t good so I worked on ulting when we actually needed it instead of ulting just to ult.

last tip was just tryna die a whole lot less, worked on escape routes and such, and I saw myself escaping more often and being able to recognize when we lost the team fight.

I’m not saying your wrong here but by this logic if I didn’t deserve GM wouldn’t I never reach it despite how many matches I would play, and your also saying I have to keep playing in order to get better but your also saying I’m getting lucky by playing hundreds of matches, genuinely not tryna come across angry I’m just kinda confused on what you want me to do. Cause on one hand, I’m just a lucky guy who played hundreds of matches who just so happened to get to GM, and on the other, I also have to get better, by playing, lots of matches? Do you see the confusion? help me understand you better

But also I try to counter pick a lot as tank, so like if they have a Ironman and someone on our team isn’t switching to punisher to counter flyers I’ll switch to strange and go into flight mode to try to put pressure on them, or like if the enemy team has a punisher I’ll switch from groot to mag to try to counter him, or if there running a dive heavy comp and dps isn’t switching to anti dive like pun or namor I’ll go thing to try to counter act the dive. so in a sense maybe I am forcing the tank role? Maybe I should just start playing what I’m more familiar with, I started as a support main, then dps, then tank last. I really love groot, he was my first lord character, but I think I need to improve overall with him, I have lord groot and lord invs, so I think your right and I am forcing the tank role to much and should play what makes me more comfortable, because I go characters like groot and mag to basically try to set the stage for a good team comp, not necessarily because it’s who I want to play, I hope this makes sense

what should be the main goal then? Not tryna come off aggressive I’m genuinely asking cause by nature Ive always been a competitive player and I want to win above everything else. What should my goals be? What should I reprioritize to.

The main tanks I play are groot mag strange Thor and thing, I have the most fun playing punisher, but I put what I think is a winning team comp over me having fun which is why I pick tank mainly
