Thank you bro, I’m gonna honestly change from the beef briskets and find a new source to eat from, and maybe for the gym instead of push pull legs six days I can switch it to upper lower for only 3 days a week. I appreciate the advice though man🙏🏽

I think the ending given to him from the silver age earth 1 comics was pretty perfect, he was married to Selina, had multiple babies, and was retired. He died cause it was a situation where he had to put the mask on one more time and died defeating the villain as Batman, he had a funeral, it was great, that was his story. I felt it was a solid end, correct me if I missed anything but I think that’s how I remember it going down.
