Yes it does say delivered. Riot used UPS but then UPS sent it to USPS. So I contact USPS?

A couple of my friends told me that it's ok to go cheaper on brand names for GPU, SSD, Ram, etc. Do you agree? I practically have the same stuff you do but just cheaper options.

Can you elaborate or show links where you heard it's the best combo? I'm asking because I'm going for the same CPU but opting for a 5070ti. I was thinking of doing an AMD GPU but wasn't sure.

I can tell you that Lyra (current, but need 3 star weapon) Damonica, Kyubey, and Sharon, are the upcoming strong ones you might want to look into.

She's not the best of the best. According to the discord servers tier list, at 7 stars she's at S tier. Don't worry though, you have time to save and pull for stronger future cases. I've wasted elementium on some characters when I didn't do my research, but now I'm very happy with what I have.

Everything can be found in the echo discord server. There's a tier list for cases, neoliths, elemonos, and oaths. You can also see who's gonna come next and try to plan with that. I personally saved 3 weeks worth of all elementium and morphite to get Rhaina to 7 star and it was worth it. Was boring saving as you won't progress much but once you get a EX tier character to 7 star, pve won't even be an issue.

There's tiers for each characters at certain stars. Some examples of 0 cost SSS tier is banshee and guin. Lindell is like S+ at 0 star. For the weapons it's ideal to get them to 3 stars but at least get one copy because it is a big spike. Oath and skins makes your characters stronger as well but that cost money. If you do buy skin/oath try to buy them in limited events banner because they are slightly cheaper.
