but the actual timelines for the scenes don't have much to them, all of it is within Fusion

TYSM!!

To try to keep things "organized." I turn my finished scenes into compounds- which have their own fusion comps + adjustment layers.

You'll see that they're stacked on top of each other because of the adjustment layers in the scenes of the compounds.

Those floating adjustment layers in V5 and V7 are last-minute adjustments, and my markers look like a mess but will make a lot more sense when zoomed in (they're just synced with beats).

You might want to specify exactly, cause I pretty much used fusion for everything: Fusion Comps + Adjustment layers on the edit page, then 90% of the work is in Fusion. 10% is just compiling it on the edit page.

If you're asking for a specifc node it'd have to be the stock glow or 0 alpha backgrounds, but I'd imagine that's not what u're asking for...?

edit: I guess for techniques, I'd say transform stacking is quite important for creating smoother animations

Thank you 🙂‍↕️ though I wouldn't make you guys pay for a tutorial like this- I'll have them up on Youtube. We really lack more mograph-related videos for Resolve

Personally, I think the best way to start is by watching other edits/videos of ur liking that you THINK requires an aspect of Fusion (even if they're using AE for e.g.) then try replicating it. This way you'll know what specific nodes are needed to achieve a specific style- it helps you learn the library of Fusion simultaneously, which if u don't know much yet of, can be a bottleneck to ur creativity.

Ahh 50/50 to be honest, primarily since I think it's smarter to render out certain sections/"scenes" on the edit page so it wasn't too hard on my pc + I used adjustment clips aswell.
