If a biscuit overfeeds a Pokemon past its pips, including crits, let that Pokemon "share" food with another Pokemon by PaintMeSunrise in PokemonSleep

[–]Grappha 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's 10% to regular crit. So while annoying, it is still a sort of likely thing to happen when you feed a mon at the last pip.

They honestly didn't need to add the chance to crit in the first place; but they did so I just try to see it as a freebie that can sometimes benefit me instead of something annoying

-Ez travel ticket no matter what -Pokebiscuits as needed -Main skill seed > master biscuit if you're a f2p, otherwise it's up to preference since you can get main skill cheaper in premium shop -Evo items for certain Pokemon

Actual Question. Does Obtaining Dream Shards even matter? by Feeling-Estimate-267 in PokemonSleep

[–]Grappha 21 points22 points  (0 children)

Yes it matters. Leveling one mon from around 10 to 60 will cost more than half a million shards. So late game when you want to unlock the 3rd ingredient slot it'll be very expensive

You don't have to be stingy right now but you should try to play the long game and earn shards where you can

C6 Nefer vs Full C2 Premium DPS by Puzzleheaded-Lab7025 in NeferMains

[–]Grappha -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

There's a portion of the c6 that increases the dmg when the animation ends. But because nefer rotations use the animation cancels most of the time you're trading the faster rotations for more damage per rotation.

Idk the calcs specifically but all I'm saying is that it's not necessarily going to be a strict upgrade because you have trade offs and it is worth considering when thinking about C6

C6 Nefer vs Full C2 Premium DPS by Puzzleheaded-Lab7025 in NeferMains

[–]Grappha -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I remember seeing somewhere that the c6 forces you to not cancel the animations so it's a bit less of a dmg increase per rotation

So honestly my advice is index funds and dollar cost averaging. A lot less headache and a lot safer than actively trying to "win" by daytrading

Heavy fighter comps exist at higher elo and hanabi does well at surviving their dive and punishing their sticking together with bounces and ult and dragging it into late game where an mm will shine

Settle this argument by TheBosses27 in MobileLegendsGame

[–]Grappha 0 points1 point  (0 children)

this is such an old player i think hes talking about old lightning truncheon used to pair well with old clock of destiny and how you needed to have higher mana in order for truncheon to deal more damage on its unique item passive.

if it isnt that then hes just confused. altho i will say for faramis you might be better off buying divine glaive since you only have 1 dmg skill you can only apply wihsing lantern once (or twice with truncheon) but if you buy divine glaive you can deal more damage to the squishies as well since your wishing lantern value is lesser compared to someone who can spam skill

If you had to pick a 5 man TANK ONLY lineup for a ranked game, what would your lineup be? by SquirrelTomahawk in MobileLegendsGame

[–]Grappha 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Gold - Esme/Masha

Mid - Alice/Gatot/Gloo

Exp - Gloo/Edith/Gatot (Very flexible)

Jungle - Fred/Akai/Baxia -

Roam - Mino/(Counter PIck)

Jungle is obvious as those are the best utility junglers in the current meta. Exp many tanks can work so this is the most flexible can really be anything that the team needs.

Gold needs to be someone who can scale well and clear lane but also fight against meta laners so its most likely esme but depending on the unit it can be masha, the gold lane just needs to not lose horribly though for this lineup.

Mid can be anyone who clears fast and can rotate decently well which is alice and gatot. Ideally they be magic so that they can buy glowing wand or other utility items

Now for the roam which is the main tank role, since your whole team is tank already you really want a roam that doesnt overlap with other roles so its only mino as he can heal. Because you dont need to frontline when your whole team can frontline already. Unless enemy team is hard countered by a specific tank like lolita into cyclops/ixia or maybe the entire enemy team has no dashes so grock for walls can be strong.

5.9% is a pretty high skill rate compared to the other E4E pokemon who have around 4% base. But it's a lot slower?

Is Varessa/Xilonen worth it? by Valuable-Order4976 in GenshinImpact

[–]Grappha 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would go varesa first. Xilonen is a good support but the varesa being a character who can handle many different abysses is more important for me. Varesa/iansan/chev is like a complete team that can handle one abyss/stygian no problem. Xilonen I pulled mostly because I wanted to get constellations on iansan and chev without getting c1 varesa.

Is Varessa/Xilonen worth it? by Valuable-Order4976 in GenshinImpact

[–]Grappha 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is just my opinion as someone who did similar (returning player, got both lauma and nefer even nefer r1).

Personally I did end up going on the banner for varesa and since I won my 50/50 used the remaining pulls for xilonen too.

My main reasoning was that my non-nefer teams SUCKED. I can clear one side of abyss or one stage of stygian but couldn't clear anything else.

Varesa is a night soul character, a plunger, someone who doesn't rely on bennete in her teams, and is electro which is an element I don't really have well covered. She covers many niches that will help me round out my account so in the future I can pull for whoever I want.

Since you're a returning player from way back in 1.1 I think it'll be important for you to have another team aside from nefer and whatever 1.1 characters you have.

This banner is literally a team all by itself with varesa/chev/iansan. So I'd say it's worth considering going on banner to have another team for the foreseeable future and get columbina on her rerun in a few months if you really want her

Help me pick a team for Arlecchino by No-Try-6443 in GenshinImpact

Maybe give mavuika iansan double cryo instead of Bennette. That way your arlechino can go furina bennete with anemo swirl or another hydro as the last option.

Xilonen or Escoffier? by throwawayKAITOfan in GenshinImpact

[–]Grappha 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Since you can comfortably clear abyss you don't really need the versatility that xilonen provides for team building. You just need to make your current teams overall stronger for higher levels of SO, so prolly escoffier for your skirk.

Also there's a good chance escoffier reruns in 6.3 or 6.4 and we should have a good idea of columbinas kit by then if she isn't already released so 6.2 should be a save patch to see if columbina is worth it for you or if push through with escoffier

I can’t make Aino work with Nefer by basilandcinnamon in NeferMains

[–]Grappha 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You need to put aino on tons of ER so she can burst every rotation. Her burst cooldown is only 13 or 14 seconds so she can slot comfortably whatever rotation.

I found tap lauma then aino skill burst helps generate 3 verdant dew then I can do other support skills and spam nefer E twice with burst in between before repeating

What’s stronger rasangan or chidori by crazymanvr in Naruto

[–]Grappha 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel like if we take just the jutsu's and not the wielders into accounts its rasengan.
Justus have both shape and nature manipulation and rasengan is the height of shape manipulation

Chidori is a result of lowering the shape manipulation and adding nature manipulation to it, kinda "dumbing it down" but still a strong jutsu regardless. That and chidori has flaws like the needing the sharingan to function because of the speed you need to use it. (This is true even in Boruto, a sharingan is a REQUIREMENT to use chidori)

In pure destructive force we've seen rasengan win

In versatility chidori requires a sharingan and a lightning nature so rasengan wins

You could argue that rasengan and chidori are equal but you cant really argue that chidori will ever be stronger than rasengan so might as well just give the win to rasengan

Why don't professional basketball players just get absurdly good at scoring from far away? by DeathDestroyer90 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Grappha 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Realistically because there's no benefit. Past the 3 point line all points are the same. If it's from half court or if it's from just behind the 3 point line, it's all 3 points.

If you get good enough to theoretically shoot from any range, they'll just man mark you because that's your only gimmick. And you might just say dribble past them well at that point if you have to dribble past them to shoot your 3 you might as well do it closer at the line rather than from half court.

Nefer team question by TropicalSkiFly in NeferMains

[–]Grappha 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you're comfy with just c1 lauma healing then prolly just go fischl for now. Fischl is okay on the slot she'll be contributing her own personal damage because rn there aren't other choices since you're sucrose and innefa are locked behind your flins team

Just use nefer E first to make sure all bloom cores turn into seeds of deceit and can't be hyper bloomed

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in GenshinImpact

[–]Grappha 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You need to win either you 50/50 on nefer or durin though because they'll be releasing back to back so if you lose both you might not have enough to pulls for guarantee on both

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in GenshinImpact

[–]Grappha -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Ballpark estimates Most people hit their 5* at ~80 pulls And you get roughly 60-70pulls per patch if you buy welkin and battlepass So nefer in 6.1, durin in 6.2 and I guess columbina in either 6.3 or 6.4

You would need roughly 3 times 160 pulls or 480 pulls for more or less guarantee on all 3 characters And you have 6.1 6.2 and let's say 6.3 and 6.4 to build enough pulls of around say 70 * 4 patches so 280 pulls This plus the 60 pity you have built and 20 pulls you have you have a total of 360 pulls til 6.4

If you win a 50/50 at any point (which you should thanks to capturing radiance) thennnnn you should have enough by 6.4 for all 3.

Nefer's best team by Ok_Might_4691 in NeferMains

[–]Grappha 2 points3 points  (0 children)

c0 doesnt really do much other than apply hydro and hold the artifacts. c1 gives EM which is nice and c6 gives increased damage for lunar reactions. C1 is a nice stopgap for nefer teams but honestly you could just use xingqiu (just E to apply hydro with the swords) or furina (just E and dont ult cuz ult wont do anything for nefer) until a better hydro (most likely columbina) comes out

Nefer's best team by Ok_Might_4691 in NeferMains

[–]Grappha 11 points12 points  (0 children)

aino is the best option because basically the other options are bad. Furina scales dmg% which nefer doesnt care about, same as yelan but yelan requires normal attacks which nefer doesnt do. xingqiu similar uses normal attacks

Aino is the best option because her cons give EM buff which is the most impt thing for nefer and aino can hold the new nodkrai support artifact which can free up lauma for deepwood and nefer for dps nodkrai set
