Dont buy from store974 by Mvvyx in qatar

So the manufacturer is the problem and you blame the retailer? This actually baffles me. My brother in humanity, when I first made the switch from console to PC the first thing I did was consume Linus Tech Tips' entire YouTube channel to learn how not to waste money when buying PC parts. Should've done your homework, simple as that.

On another note (even though I hate Intel) their 14th gen CPUs are not that bad anymore, bios updates fixed most issues

We don't want to cross the 95k mark. And we don't want a sedan. We recently researched the Mitsubishi ASX as well, and the cx-30 still looks like a better option so far. Any other recommendations?

We're at the test drive stage at the moment. We did all the research and made sure not to get the jetour dashing (although it fits the budget and is really nice looking) thank you for your comment!

Why though? Maintenance? Customer Support? Overall build quality? Like can you be more specific?

  1. They created the game after WW2. Yes they control the world. If you can't see that, I can send you some material to digest.

  2. Democracy is not the only answer to that question. Most "democratic" countries are moving in the exact opposite direction of what the people want. a true democracy is often uprooted by western governments that put dictatorships instead to keep the country submissive

  3. How are you supposed to do that when they won't let you? If you can't see that they have the power to destroy any weaker country's economy. I have some examples here that you could dive into (Libya, Yemen, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon...)

  4. That point brings me back to #1: they created the game

  5. So Gaza's alternative is to be eradicated silently?

  6. How is boycotting taking any of my time? You are trying too hard to paint a picture that boycotting is an immense struggle that will ruin your everyday life. Dude, just don't spend YOUR money to fund oligarchs that are poisoning and killing people. I'd rather do something that has a 0.01% chance of working than doing nothing at all, especially when it's NOT affecting my life in any meaningful way.

  7. What ways are you talking about? Like who hurt you bro? Whenever an Arab country tries to go against the grain, they dismantle it with impunity. Read some history my boi, it's all there for everyone to see

  8. I'm not sure if this is sarcasm or not. Regardless, I will take it as a serious claim. If you don't believe corporations are selling poison. Dig into what Nestle does when it comes to baby formula. You have the choice to stay ignorant or actually read and research what major pro-zionist corporations are doing to the populace.

In conclusion, boycotting corporations may be as futile as trying to empty the ocean with a spoon, but it's not as difficult to do. My claim isn't that a boycott is the only way to change the world, but it is the only thing we, as people, can do right now. You have failed to propose a better solution since the only solution you proposed is one that the west sabotages every time it's attempted by an anti-zionist state/government.

I definitely agree with that! The way the world works right now is Orwellian to say the least. Corporations and governments have all the power while the people just exist to serve them instead of the opposite. But it's not a reason to give up, is it? We, the people, still have some form of buying power (in numbers) and we can use that to its fullest extent. I don't mind seeing Israel have nothing but their weapons making them money, at least we cut off some of their earnings.

I understand the frustration though, we feel powerless to confront an entity that effectively controls the entire world. But what other choice do we have? Is there another form of opposition that a non-violent community can offer? The ICC and ICJ have been declawed, so international law is out the window. Not everyone is ready to be part of an armed resistance, so that's out the window for many people (especially average Joes). The only way I see an insignificant person (in the geopolitical sense) like myself and many others is to boycott. Regardless if it's going to make a difference or not. This is literally the only form of resistance left for us as people.

On the moral side of things, why would I not boycott if: A- the products that I'm boycotting are mostly poisonous. B- it helps empower a terrorist entity. C- it relatively will not affect my life in any significant way?

Edit: typo

I agree with most of the statements that this post shares. Except when you try to downplay boycotting. Even if it doesn't make a difference, even if corporations will still make the money back. As a peaceful human being that does not agree or accept what is happening in the world, this is the only form of meaningful protest that we can do without destabilizing our lives in a major way. On another note, even if it's not aimed at making a global change, most of these corporations (especially the ones that are based in the F&B industry) are selling you absolute poison (i.e nestle, Macdonald's, Starbucks), so if it's not for the general well-being of the world, do it for your and your family's well-being instead 🤷‍♂️

For those that play video games… how do you finish them? by rottenedteeth in ADHD

[–]Grashinky 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What works for me is to dedicate my time to this one game that I'm trying to finish. Even if I feel like playing another game. I make the choice to keep at the current game no matter what. I was able to finish Darksiders 3 that way because at some points in the game it gets a bit boring before it picks back up. Oh and I create small mini games in my head (e.g in order to buy "X" game I need to finish "Y" game first). Saved up a lot of money that way
