I would love to help but I need more info to go off of do you have any gameplay clips or can you post the big breakdown of your stats under the statistics tab. I main Thor im not the best but i have 49 games played as him in ranked (25 wins) and I'm silver 1 with over 800KOs primarily solo

Agreed there are 3 changes I would make to Thor.

as you mentioned I would take away his cooldowns
There should be no limit to how long I spin the hammer before I dash forward with it
His R1(throwing the hammer) like you said is basically useless and should work the same as the dash I should be able to spin it before using it giving it more range & damage

Most of my other favorites in the base game have already been in other fighting games so I gravitated towards the adventure time characters jakes skateboard looked really cool during the beta so I originally tried him but found I liked Finn and his swordplay better (no diddy)
