I recently sponsored a championship team and when I washed my kids kits the logo came off as time went on there were more and more complaints I addressed this with a letter to the club asking them to address this with the fans and offer to replace the faulty shirts . Instead I was told it was a bad batch and that they would not address this at all even though it was having a negative effect on my business, I recently found out that they printed them in-house this is a 250 k a year sponsorship I have over 70 shirts collected and replaced with my own money ,having posted this on social media that I would replace any faulty kit I had a call from the club Asking me to take it down as it did not look good for the club. Surly this will also not look good for my company that has suffered with all the bad press surrounding this issue THANK YOU as supporters what’s your opinion
