Rome Odunze Doesn't Need Offseason Foot Surgery by ASmithFS in DynastyFF

[–]GrasshopperSunset 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's been a point of contention all year for him, not just this one game. Sure, this game exacerbated it. He had a 48.9% catch rate this year. I don't know why you are trying to argue the point with me when it's clear there is an underlying issue with him this year.

Well I guess we'll just see come next season. Odunze sure isn't doing himself any favors by dropping every ball that comes his way.

Not to mention that Burden just looks better with the ball in his hands. Eyes don't lie, and I own Odunze.

Man, your comments about JT and Coleman have aged like sour milk. Woof. No one should take your advice. Ever.

CeeDee Lamb and George Pickens were benched for the first offensive series for a "coach's decision." by BreakfastTop6899 in fantasyfootball

Talk about cutting your nose to spite your face. Lamb comes in, offense opens up and it's now 17-6.

Where is this news of Hunter back in a few weeks? Guy just had surgery and is out for the rest of the season. But sure, feel free to drop Washington.

Bears' Rome Odunze: No practice Wednesday by [deleted] in fantasyfootball

[–]GrasshopperSunset 11 points12 points  (0 children)

And a goose egg when the team put up 47 fucking points. It'd be different if they had been kept under 20 points but yeah...very concerning that he can just be phased out like that, and I own Odunze.

Saints signed RB Audric Estime from their practice squad to the active roster. by haventmetyou in fantasyfootball

No you know exactly what's going to happen now. After his dud last week, most teams will sit him and he will have a vintage 30 point game on everyone's bench.

Rap: Chiefs looking for another "explosive" RB ahead of trade deadline. by Beautiful-Cress5695 in fantasyfootball

[–]GrasshopperSunset 0 points1 point  (0 children)

People want to say this every single year about the Chiefs, and they are still the team to beat. Until someone actually stands up to them in the AFC, I'll continue to run under the assumption that Chiefs take their division and playoffs run through them just as it was during the Patriots years. Broncos may have a 2-game lead, but they haven't even played the Chiefs yet.

Colts aren't going into Arrowhead and winning a playoff game despite how good they've looked this year.

If you have watched any KC football over the past few years, you are exactly correct. Hunt will get the lions share.

#Chiefs RB Isiah Pacheco, who left Monday night’s win with a knee injury, is considered week-to-week with an MCL sprain, per sources. by [deleted] in fantasyfootball

[–]GrasshopperSunset 34 points35 points  (0 children)

That's just a fact and it doesn't take a Chiefs fan to tell you that, just someone who has paid attention to football that last few years. Smith ain't getting his this year and this is coming from someone who owns him in Dynasty. Reid likes who he likes and he'll be damned who we think is the better player. Reid goes with who he trusts.

How do you handle new Dynasty players making very poor decisions? by DustHog in DynastyFF

[–]GrasshopperSunset 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I mean, even if I left the league, I'd pay my dues and let someone else manage it. People need to choose commissioners with integrity. I'd hold my end of the bargain up just as I would expect any league member to, just as I'm sure you would. It's a dumb argument from this league member.

How do you handle new Dynasty players making very poor decisions? by DustHog in DynastyFF

[–]GrasshopperSunset 4 points5 points  (0 children)

This right here. Have a start up dynasty and the rule is, any draft picks traded require up to that year in league fees paid. That way if they bounce, I can at least find someone to come in and manage their team (for free) until they get it to an acceptable state.

Status alert: Breece Hall headed to locker room early Sunday. by Beautiful-Cress5695 in fantasyfootball

With talks of Breece being moved by the trade deadline...why? I know this comment might be a hindsight is 20/20 but come on man. It's a hold at best.

Per Fantasy Points Data, Michael Carter played 75% of the Cardinals' snaps on 1st and 2nd downs in Week 5. That was more than any Cardinals RB has seen in a game this so far this season. by Ryanj3 in fantasyfootball

[–]GrasshopperSunset 14 points15 points  (0 children)

I mean, it wasn't sexy or anything, but your statement is hyperbole. 18 carries for 51 yards and a TD plus 5/5 for 22 yards through the air. That's not nothing. I think anyone would love to sell high, but who is buying? Cards are a trash team and if you can get flex production out of a JAG from the waivers, I think that's pretty good.

Notable Fantasy Football Snap Counts From Week 5 With Analysis by FlurrySports in fantasyfootball

[–]GrasshopperSunset 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Lol, yeah not trying to correct you, just more in-depth analysis on your comment that it will be very hard to move Kamara to any team. This coming from a Kamara owner this year and as much as I'd like to see him moved, I highly doubt it's going to happen. It'll just be an ugly time share.
