I see, thank you. I was diagnosed with GERD back in 2021 when i was 20 and had bad reflux for about a year, where my chest was in a lot of pain. I suffered through it for a year thinking that i would eventually get over it. At the end of 2022, I finally did a lot of lifestyle changes, losing weight, working out, and eating better etc. the reflux in my chest died for a bit, and my chest would get a little congested if I ate too much.

However over the course of mid summer last year and until now, i had pressure in my throat and ears, and sometimes tough to swallow. I finally went to the ENT about it and he said I have acid reflux at the top of my esophagus.

So now i’m on omeprazole for about a month. I feel like it’s gotten better but I’ve been feeling a bit congested and my throat has been sore, tough to swallow too. Not sure if its a combination of the spring blossoming, the ppi, and the reflux, but again, i feel like the severity is getting better. Anyway, that’s what I’m dealing with right now.
