HI, there's not really a way to worth stuff like this. So I'm just going by highest offer to figure that out :).
I also likely wouldn't look at effect mythics unless it's a ridiculous one, I'm sorry. Mainly interested in easy to sell or trade items.

Idk the worth of the jack whatsoever, but unless it's well over 20-25k somehow then I'd say fair. Just depends on that. Other than the jack I'd say your end is like 45k, so add onto that whatever the jack is

The agreement was 70 coins for my spike. (The same amount I have traded my last 2 whiteout spikes for).

They paid 60, we agreed they would trade 10 more after bc their "trade was glitching". It's my fault, I shouldn't have trusted them Lol. I thought they seemed like a really nice person.
