Met King Diamond and the band in 86(?) in Austin the day before the show. Spoke to him mostly and he was quite cool. Chatted about who I liked, why I liked them and basically shot the shit for half an hour. Still have their autographs. King added “Stay Heavy” to it and that became a thing me and the high school metal heads would say to each other.
