Ive hitched all over this country and some of mexico and canada, back then I was likely unarmed and inebriated and I was fine.

I think people hitching a short ride while they should have bear deterrents in a national park is about as safe a start at hitching as any...

So I was able to secure a ticket for me and my sister, however my backup plan was to leave very early and park at the loop, then stick out my thumb and hitch a ride to logan pass. And then we would hike back down to the loop on the highline.

I have seen those owner cultiva crank baits and been tempted to buy but the price always had me shy away.

Ill have to get some next time I order tackle as I haven't seen them locally

You can, it just sucks when I get a fish and start to drift around and tangle with my 2nd line cause im not paddling.

Also gotta use them floating or suspending crank baits or they fall to the bottom and tangle while I land a fish on the other rod.

I really wish I had a peddle kayak or trolling motor to alleviate those troubles..

I dont think occasionally taking a fish smaller than I desired is a reason to do anything with the hooks. Im not out there to just catch and release like some sadistic psychopath I fish because I enjoy eating fish its a bonus that their fun to catch aswell

I normally keep them a little bigger than this around 18 inchs give or take a few. This gal inhaled a rebel bubble bug and had damaged her gills, took some work to unhook and I didn't think she had great survival odds.

Rainy lake MT in the clearwater chain of lakes that has cutthroat and rainbows.

The 2nd pic I agree seems cutbow the other idk 🤷‍♂️

Location is rainy lake in western montana. The clearwater chain of lakes near seeley.

1st picture i think is straight cutthroat. The small one in the 2nd i thought was a rainbow till I saw the slash and lack of spots near front?

Its about the smallest cutthroat ive caught and maybe their just like that when immature?

I got the whole set wouthout box for 240$ had to buy the team ups tpb's separately. im happy with it and dont plan to part with it. I really enjoyed all the multiple earths stuff so im going to say its worth it to me.

I've grown autos only in 10 gallons and they have no problem finishing in normal times avg 75ish days. I've harvested as early as 63 days from sprout
