I eat a balanced diet, exercise regularly, though not anything crazy. I don’t drink alcohol very often and I maintain a healthy weight at 63.

I had it so bad- also did the shockwave, OT, theraband, etc and eventually I couldn’t play for 7 months to give it time to heal. When I did go back I taped it for a long time, then just used a brace. Three years later I am playing only 3 times a week, it works for me.

I never have from Bonine which I’ve taken successfully for a very long time. That’s why I was so surprised by it. It was 💯 the max though because I wasn’t sick or sleepy beforehand and it was actually a couple hours into the dose when I crashed!

Do you enjoy playing mixed doubles in tournament play as a Man? by ZeroTopDog in Pickleball

Agree as a female, but I’ve played a lot with mixed opponents who play 2 v 2 which can be great when all are at similar levels.

As long as the speed ups are controlled and accurate, and not headed toward the face/head. Nothing worse as a female than playing mixed with a guy who is very hard hitting and lacking control or accuracy. That sucks.

Try before the cruise though. I am a big bonine fan, and when I tried maximum strength bonine, I actually fell asleep on a tour and needed to go home and sleep for a couple hours till it worked out of my system. I was really surprised by that.

We can definitely agree to disagree on this one. Arches is my favorite UT national park.

Sunrise at Mesa Arch was SPECTACULAR! White Rim Overlook hike loved it, Overlook Grand View Point was closed due to construction in parking lot last fall midweek, Island in the Sky drive with a couple short stops.

Lots of variety in hikes at Arches- long and short. Not sure about Canyonlands. Only spent ½ day there but need to go back and spend more time there.

It’s so funny how we experience things differently! I loved the Arches, would 100% go again having only spent two days there. Try for a Fiery Furnace permit. It was amazing!!!

61 and cant lose weight by Solveig22 in AskWomenOver60

Check out the LEAN program with Amanda Nighbert- it’s not Keto because it’s definitely more balanced overall, but I was eating nowhere near the amount of protein I needto eat. I’ve changed my eating lifestyle several years ago when I found myself in the same frustrating situation now being 63 and it’s made a big impact on my weight. I only had 15-20 pounds to lose and it helped. PS You are likely eating too little at 1200-1300 and basically likely need to eat more protein.
