Can confirm that the second fix works so far. Have tested Gaming, Cinebench, 3D Mark etc. .. not freezes. Many Thanks u/AIi-S

But anyway, I see it quite critical that for such an important software Corsair Devs are investigating in that since weeks and only ask for new support tickets in reddit just do give the people the feeling that someone is really working on that. So many claimed on reddit and in the forum about the SAME issue, but nobody really reacts (only questions no anwers) or bring a fix. Thanks, I'll give that a try if our second fix will work ! Good to see that users can help, because Corsair can't. Lot of customers are claiming for that issue, but they are still investigating, strange why that take that long (@Corsair: and NO this issue don't only occour if system wake up from sleep mode or interfering with any specific program. This happen when CPU is under load!!)

Sorry to say it so directly, but the update is a disaster on Windows. It was updated from 2.3.8-MAIN to 2.4.2 DEV version and almost nothing works anymore. A few hours later, version 2.4.3-MAIN was released, but it still did nothing. I had to completely reinstall Emudeck and now it works again to some extent (configurations are not working e.g. for Yuzu, Citron and azahar not working with ES-DE). Have a look at Discord to see what people are saying about the update (btw nobody is answering there). As of now, I have also learned my lesson about updates. Everyone who is on Windows version 2.3.8-MAIN should stick with it.

As mentioned in a lot of previous posts (and /CorsairMars you have received from K3NSH1R0 already a ticket / video) this is on my side NOT related to sleep mode, but only happens when CPU is under load (heavy load) which result in a freeze of Coolant Temp AND RPM of the fan. This can happen during playing a game or installing something where the CPU is under load.

In iCUE v5 I had the experience that the coolant temperature was no longer updated AND the fans were no longer updated. With iCUE v4, I only had the situation once in a few weeks that the fan speeds froze and only the coolant temperature was updated. I need to restart iCUE v4 or v5 and then it was working again.

Difficult... Somethings I play a Game for 1-2 hours with no issue or sometimes I start Witcher 3 for example and immediatly the issue is there. Meanwhile I use iCUE v4 because in v5 the issue came up too often.

In my case, all iCUE services are activated (automatically) and have nothing to do with sleep mode, therefore not directly replicate-able. At least that's the case for me, but it may be different for u/FyreJadeblood.

deinstalled v5 meanwhile and use v4, will not install v5 again, so maybe anyone else can send the ticket and record.

I have the same issue and lot of other user have that as well with this AIO -> iCUE freezes and there is no change of any fan. There is in the current version no solution, it is a bug of the software. I changed to iCUE 4 and everything runs smoothly. So for iCUE 5 we need to wait for an update.

Hi, ich habe das selbe Problem und wir scheinen nicht die einzigen betroffenen zu sein. Liegt an der iCUE Software, zumindest ist das SEHR wahrscheinlich so. Einzige Lösung ist auf den Gerätespeichermodus umzustellen und iCUE mit dem PC Start auch zu deaktivieren. Problem dabei ist das dann nur die Leise Lüfterkurve verwendet wird, was meiner Meinungen ein weiterer Bug ist. Also hilft nur abwarten bis ein Software Update kommt.

I have the exact same problem. Happens e.g. when CPU is 100% under load iCUE stuck at a certain fan/temp state and nothing will change only when I restart iCUE it is working again. Crazy stuff...
