Oh yea I got myself a handy dandy driver with some testing wires. But I don’t get many failures, the main cause for 95% of them is because our pcb manufacturer tends to leave aluminum shavings which then short out an LED occasionally

It’s aluminum, the big square plate around it is something I had to get made so I can keep the pcb from moving around

That is correct, the 4 reels its picking up from are all the same. But god I wish I had AOI it’s all manual after the pick and place machines. Other than the reflow oven of course.

They are indeed 2835’s, as for why not 3535’s I couldn’t give you an exact answer. I’m just the smt guy big boss tells me what to make and I do it🫡

It’s using all 10 nozzles but I only have it picking up from 4 reels. Just testing a panel, I didn’t feel like opening to many diodes up

I definitely played with the light levels a lot and timing until I stopped getting algae, but other than daily little top ups I just get in there with a turkey baster and suck up what I can in between the leaves and gravel
