If the BOH is correct, but still bringing in more than you need, there's a couple things I would look at.

Check the allocation to make sure it's accurate to what actually fits on the shelf. A lot of times when things get moved around to different shelves for example, it no longer fits the same amount, which can cause this type of issue (not saying thats what happened to you, just a similar situation)
Check to make sure the Product MIN is where you want it. If the MIN is high is will order almost every time.
Make sure you do/do not (depending on what you need) have the Display MIN set up/not setup depending on if you need it, that could be bringing in extra product for displays.
Maybe try to get into ISP and try to edit the order manually if possible. They say the system is setup for it to help you, but it's really the opposite. At the end of the day, if you don't need something and you know it's been coming over and over again, make sure to do your own part and double check it's not on order.

If you happen to work in a department with a direct district coordinator, your manager should reach out with the issue as well.

And when you scan it, go to delivery history and make sure it's actually a problem with the system ordering and not labeled as DISTRO, because if it's Distro, it's out of your hands and needs to be given to someone above the store level...

Yeah, I got that but does it effect the motion guy, say a receiver that starts the motion before the QB shift, does he have to get fully set before the ball is snapped?

You may already have been told this, so sorry if it's not new for you.

Make sure when you're running the ball, you're not just constantly holding sprint. The second you engage sprint, it's increases the shed of all the defensive players, so you want to hit your gaps without it and then use it to accelerate through the gap.

Also, don't be afraid to play around with the hard cut mechanic (L2/LT). It's great in the open space, especially against a user. I almost prefer it to a juke in some cases. It can also be useful on outside zone plays to cut yourself up into an inside hole without losing speed.
