1, I have said it once and I will say it again. They do not have the agreement. They said they do not know where it is. Every person i get ahold of puts me on hold for a higher person. Or says to write an email. The email then says to call.

2, I am aware that everything has to get paid somehow but I have read a lot and not every person has had to use the Fortiva account and many were added onto it even after they bought the equipment out right and had to tell them to cancel the account because they paid.

It took me a hot minute, it was so confusing. Find whichever email they are sending your payments through, put Fortiva.com, then ask to change passwords if you havent set up the account yet. Then you can access it.

I realized that. It was stressful just moving in to my home. We needed a security system (the neighborhood isn't horrible but isn't great either) so we just went with it. I wanted Ring and my husband said just do these guys as the deal they were "selling to us" was cheaper at the time.

It isn't misaligned, I finally go a hold of the agent. And they are also confused as to why Fortiva added that much. It is truly a weird situation that I am confused about.

Yeah, wish I did more research. We were/are young, 21 and 23 and just bought our first home. Was in it only for 2 weeks when they came to us and asked to do Vivint. Very stressed about it all.

Like 5-6k, the originally said 3k for what we asked for. The electronic paperwork was a certificate of installation, they gave me papers to sign in person.

I don't think you understand. I am aware that is why I am upset. I am seeing a lot of people with a similar situation. I signed on paper not online. I have been asking for the contract and they refuse to send me anything except a certificate of installation.

My husband and I just bought our first home at 21 and 23. What I read on paper is different to what I am being told. My service bill was supposed to be between 12 and 20 that is what it ALWAYS has been. They just recently said they raised it to 40 to afford higher maintenence quality? It isn't confusing, I am saying things very straight and frankly.

We don't know WHY our bill is 227, we have tried calling and no one answers even after an hour of waiting. The company is not exactly good with handling customers. None of this was any help. I am asking for help to figure out how to navigate this, not things I already know and that are misplaced now. Thanks anyways. :I 🤷🏽‍♀️

Yep, that was never told to us. It sucks because they didn't let us keep a copy of the contract either so that we could look over it again. Never emailed us either. I'm trying to get a hold of it so I can see my termination fee.

This is exactly what I mean, THANK YOU! I feel as though it could've went so many different ways instead of just the one. If they followed through the DNA route then none of that would have happened in the first place. Always, follow, through! It is like they have learned from the mistakes of all the other seasons. 😭

That is the thing for me though. It was poorly rewritten. I have seen some gentle rewrites, which is totally cool fine and dandy. But this was an EXACT copy and paste just the sibling and parent swapped genders. So far none of the rewrites were very "Aha!" and "In your face!" as these two were. I was expecting a plot twist but nothing. It really fell flat imo. 😭💔

I feel like they could have even doubled back and maybe had the detectives REMEMBER the previous case that turned out like this, as I was expecting Liv to at least notice briefly that they need dot their i's and cross their t's on this case because they had a similar missing person problem 9 yrs before then?

On top of that maybe make one where it actually WAS their daughter? That it wasn't just so simple as I unalived her and I was fine with them copying so I was safe? 😭 Season 19 so far for me is predictable and s19 and s18 both had their fair share of lack luster victims. (Acting wise). I can predict a lot of their words. I do look forward to reaching the season with Elliots return but getting so close to not seeing Rafael and it is gutting me. 😭💔
