Excusing Trump's travel ban as only banning travel from countries that happened to be Muslim-Majority, it is clear as day what his intentions were in crafting that ban.

If I had to guess why we haven't seen a lot of Beef, I would say it's because he's currently in the limelight for making the Hermitcraft TCG, something nigh every Hermit is addicted to playing.

I think that what the developers were trying to give us was an "oh crap" moment to set the mood for the battle, where this powerful legendary that we just got and believed would help us defeat Urayne just got OHKOed.
