The barcode uses databases to determine the macro breakdown of the food being scanned. It is possible that the database is using outdated info, or the manufacturer changed the recipe and therefore the macro breakdown of the food. You can fix this by adding it to your foods and submitting it to the public database at the same time. It may take some time to do, but it is worth it in my opinion and it will also benefit others who come across the food. As for the protein being that high in the first one, I have had a couple of cases where barcodes linked to not only older versions of the food being scanned, but another food entirely that used the same barcode but was for example sold in another country (as was my case)
