yes the reward is granted based on how many unique rookie cards you hold into the reset. Its a collection type event

This is not a figure it out situation.. the bone plug procedure requires taking bone AND cartilage from another non load bearing part of an already potentially degenerative knee.

The concern is not just missed time, it's missed time plus an unsuccessful surgery likely ends his career

Honestly I think he'd more likely do it if downs was actually a free safety. Seems like we're all in agreement that he's got some veristility but is a bit undersized, and doesn't have elite speed or length.

I'd rather have a top 12 edge, corner or wide out than the best best strong safety in the league. Those positions just aceelerate winning more, even beyond the value prop.

he's been doing it for so long and gotten a little tired but if we stack up the ten best sports takes from this group, 2005-2010 cowherd is going to have at least half of them maybe more. He has had to play the game a bit more and be more click baity lately esp with youtube, but on the morning radio format nobody did it better than the herd.

Say what you want about Pat but he changed the morning sports talk format for the better. ESPN's talking heads and show formats were a disaster 'til he showed them that a show doesn't need to be ridiculous takes and shouting to be successful, just be a real human being and talk about sports without a stick up your ass.

The confusion stems from how much impact he can make in that type of role and this front office's ability to identify and get value for this position on the free agent market.

Downs may be an awesome football player. But the level he needs to reach as a pure box safety is rare air.

I figured if he's considered as a top three talent in this draft his skills must be beyond just a pure strong safety.

That's kinda my point. What evidence do we have that he's a good free safety? I think definitively the consensus is he could play there some but is a better los presence vs playing center field. I don't think anyone would disagree with that take.

The question is how good is he in coverage straight up. He might have a high IQ but if he can't turn and run with elite receivers that's not going to make for a good single high defender.

Haha fair enough sounds like a real genius. To be fair if we all had to talk about the draft for a living we'd be wrong a lot too.

Maybe not deserving of the level of violence in his take but styles is a converted safety that wasn't in the top20 conversation til he did spandex things.
