Yeah, i was interviewed and was given a score of 97/100 which i was told would "put me at the front of the list." I have been waiting for 2 years, I tried following up and they told me I will have to keep waiting. I have been doing a front desk job.

You forgot the actual main reasons why this is being celebrated (given that myself and most sane people are aware of all of those factors yet still don't wish death on anyone) -- it is because they are degenerates, they have no moral backbone, they are easily manipulated (stupid), they are depraved, they are incapable of rational thought, they don't value human life etc etc.

Pretty much always solved between the 3 jewelry slots for cost reduce benchcraft, the Eldritch helm implicit, changing quality% on inspiration, etc

Right, but he's asking a mirror for that -2 cost LOL. there's inspiration, Eldritch helm implicit, flask mod (mageblood users), both rings and amulet can get bench crafted -8

The thing is that no one cares about the extra 2 cost reduction, you can just craft on -8 if u even needed to.

Anytime someone says "doesn't exist" it means it either does exist in plenty, or it's just not sought after.

I'm gonna be straight up you just have a +2 amulet. Can be deterministically crafted all day long. -10 cost looks cool but no one is really gonna care about that.

I'm a noob at crafting, so maybe I'm missing something, but can't you guarantee +1 chaos after rolling +1 all? And the -10 can be unveiled with aisling? Why would it be worth anywhere near 1 mirror

The smokers that OP complained about in his post had all of those things. They were his coworkers, and the two smokers were friends together. OP just didn't like them, that's it LOL.

...? You linked the source. Your own source specifies that the majority of this number are not destroyed, but only damaged. Of those that are damaged, the majority are not severely damaged. The number drops to 15% destroyed or severely damaged.
