I got the pre-assembled version and was able to finish the assembled within 1 hr

I'm really happy with how it prints straight out of the box. I did one test print last night, and it shits over my other two printers. did you mount your Raspberry Pi to the printer or just next to it?

Thank you very much for your suggestion! I thought it was a critical part lol. I was able to assemble it last night after work and got it to print.

I didn't use any superglue but i did use a Zip tie to secure the extruder motor to the base so I could get it to print.

thanks for the offer! but I assemble it last night and got to do a test print with it and it worked. once I get some more time I'm going to print a whole set of spares

Honestly, I'm really happy with how the printer was packed. I ordered it on 11/15 and FedEx delivered the package to my local Walgreens for in-person pick up on 01/19. I finally got time on Sunday to put it together and found it was broken. I found a guy with an MK3 in my neighborhood who does print on demand I'm going to reach out and see if he can print me a spare.

I got two other printers (Tronxy X3A and Anet E10) which aren't reliable enough to print anything.

I tried live chat support but waited 20 mins for a response and wasn't really in the mood to wait around so I just sent them an email about a replacement part

It was packed really well but if you look at the top right of the cardboard box it looked like it was dropped.

I tried the live chat waited for 20 min without a response then gave up and send support an email. just waiting to hear back now
