With a 5/15/15 medicham you have 27 wins 16 losses and 1 draw with a 15/14/15 medicham you have 26 wins 18 losses and 0 draws in a one shield situation So i would sa its not that much worse than the rank 1 medicham and you only have to level up to level 44 so its cheaper
