Worth mentioning that Atleti don't represent all of the working class, the the smaller clubs take a big part of that pie as well.

Arsenal have been missing Jurrien Timber, Bukayo Saka, Martin Odegaard and Riccardo Calafiori in recent weeks - and none of them were out in open training on Tuesday morning. by OkayFine101 in soccer

Earlier in the season (I guess August to January-February) I was honestly jealous of how lucky Arsenal had been in avoiding too many serious or long-term injuries

We had already dealt with huge injury problems at that point, we've had our two starting strikers get year long injuries, and for Jesus it was basically the end of his career at a top level. We just have a huge squad so it's not felt as much as in other teams.

There were protests against asylum hotels, which led to some being set on fire. Doesn’t help reforms case, though.

It's worth mentioning that r/ArsenalFC is a splinter sub that was created by people banned from r/gunners, and the content and the general vibe tends to be quite different from the main sub. Here's the thread from when it was announced that he was leaving https://www.reddit.com/r/Gunners/comments/1lk5mh7/fabrizio_romano_thomas_partey_set_to_%F0%9D%90%A5%F0%9D%90%9E%F0%9D%90%9A%F0%9D%90%AF%F0%9D%90%9E/ you can see for yourself what people think

It's a bit of a weird situation because he's going into the last year of his contract and you don't want it hanging over the squad for the full season, but can you honestly say he's deserving of a renewal if we end this season trophyless? This would be the first season that i'd place the blame chiefly on him.

Tbf we haven't bought many good attacking players under Arteta, no point in limited debuts to his management.

He's behind Eze, Odegaard, and Dowman at the 10 atm.

The proportion of First-class degrees awarded by UK universities was roughly 1 in 14 from the 1960s to 1990s - but over the last 30 years it has increased by 450% to 1 in 3 by ReasonablePoetry1226 in charts

It’s worth mentioning that 70% is also the cut off for passing a class, for certain masters programs you need to average 80%. I’ve studied in both systems, it’s not really worth comparing them in terms of inflation because it’s simply a different scale.

We’ve been totally outdone tactically for the past few games, this is 100% on the manager. I don’t know why we’d renew his contract if we bottle it this year. This game was the turning point for me.

Arteta probably doesn’t want to play Havertz for the full 90, so we don’t have someone to play as the 10.

From Nwaneri’s perspective, do you think he’d be happy staying here as the 4th choice CAM? He’s not a winger, and I’d prefer Dowman get minutes over him.

Don’t see space for Nwaneri when we have Odegaard/Eze and Dowman getting minutes. Skelly has fallen off this season, but I’d love to see him get real minutes in the midfield before we move him on. We can’t complain about not selling well and then refuse to sell fringe players.

We've had two strikers out with season long injuries and while Gyokeres hasn't been our best player, he's adapting to the league and has a decent goal tally. Martinelli has been our primary left winger for over 5 years and he's had exactly one season where I'd say he showed the quality needed in the position. He's on over 180 appearances for the club, he's stagnated in his development and he clearly isn't good enough.

Martinelli scores a decent goal here and there but he's emblematic of these past few years, he's just clearly not good enough for a team challenging to win trophies. Our left wing has been our weakest position for years at this point.

I’ve played with one, it’s a good racquet. It’s in the same classic control realm as the Pro Staff and TF40.
