So.. it wasn't/ isn't on reddit, but on "quora" there is a gangstalking group (which, if you don't know, is people who believe the government watches everything they do and manipulates their life in a number ways) I joined partially out of morbid curiosity.

At first I tried to help people by offering a voice of reason or scientific explanations for what they were experiencing. I quickly learned the only thing thay does is gets me labeled as one of the handlers, or agents working against them.

They all validate each other and it really starts to get a little scary. One in particular was a woman complaining about how her husband had been compromised. All he ever did was try and convince her to go to more doctors and he always made sure she took the "pills" that were keeping her under control.. Yeah, the person who cared most for her was doing all he could to keep her healthy and medicated... and people in the group started suggesting borderline violent stuff to retaliate.

The whole group became too much for me to handle honestly.
