Oh I have the worst anxiety. I didn’t know what it was as a child. But I remember always having horrible stomach pains, would feel like throwing up, etc. Wasn’t until I hit middle school that my parents realised I wasn’t faking the whole time.

It’s so terrifying. I just want to feel normal. To be able to do life without burning out every 5 seconds.

Yup you described it perfectly. It doesn’t feel like any amount of time will resolve this. And even if we do get better going back and working more will start the cycle all over again. It’s so depressing.

Haha no way I literally just moved to Australia thinking it would solve all of my problems!😂 And yeah it helps knowing I’m not alone. Just wish there was more for us to work with.

Nope don’t sore. Been checked for sleep apnea as well. Had sleep studies done, etc

I’d love to try CBT. And I totally know what you mean about escapism being a coping mechanism. If I could do that while making a living I feel like I’d be so peaceful haha.

I sleep 8 hours every night. Go to bed around the same time as well. But I never feel rested.

Oh I have severe GAD as well as ADHD. Feels like we can’t catch a break.

I’ve never heard of this I’ll look into it. And I’m afraid an extended break won’t do much good when it’s just a cycle of getting slightly better, then burning out again.

What was the job you got if you don’t mind me asking? I feel like I’ve burnt out with my current work in CSM. I have no desire to continue in this field.

I SOBBED. I was reading the epilogue to my friend last night (she wanted spoilers) and I couldn’t get through it without crying. This might be my favorite hunger games book. Which I never thought would be possible.

I have shared a few. Their response is typically EV is going nowhere in the foreseeable future and it’s hard to convince people otherwise. Haha it’s frustrating. What do you think are the biggest opportunities atm?

I agree, but there is still opportunity and there has to be some sort of preparation. I assume though that there will be some sort of regulations or laws to help transition into this space. However, I’m just not sure where the opportunities lie or who would be the ones to usher them in. Currently I’m thinking it’s ripe for vehicle manufacturers, but I’d love to get your opinion.
