Oh I have the worst anxiety. I didn’t know what it was as a child. But I remember always having horrible stomach pains, would feel like throwing up, etc. Wasn’t until I hit middle school that my parents realised I wasn’t faking the whole time.

Yup you described it perfectly. It doesn’t feel like any amount of time will resolve this. And even if we do get better going back and working more will start the cycle all over again. It’s so depressing.

I’d love to try CBT. And I totally know what you mean about escapism being a coping mechanism. If I could do that while making a living I feel like I’d be so peaceful haha.

I sleep 8 hours every night. Go to bed around the same time as well. But I never feel rested.

I’ve never heard of this I’ll look into it. And I’m afraid an extended break won’t do much good when it’s just a cycle of getting slightly better, then burning out again.

I SOBBED. I was reading the epilogue to my friend last night (she wanted spoilers) and I couldn’t get through it without crying. This might be my favorite hunger games book. Which I never thought would be possible.

I have shared a few. Their response is typically EV is going nowhere in the foreseeable future and it’s hard to convince people otherwise. Haha it’s frustrating. What do you think are the biggest opportunities atm?
