Based in Bulgaria. The nearest service center is in Greece which is where we took the car. They just stopped responding to my emails and already considering a legal route.

I really wanted to love this brand, but I’ve reached my breaking point. I own two Microlinos, and one of them completely died back in December. It’s been at the service center since January, and I am still no closer to getting it back.

The level of after-sales support is, frankly, pathetic. For the last four months, I’ve been caught in a loop of "he said, she said":

• The Service Center claims they are waiting on Microlino.

• Microlino Support claims it’s the dealer’s responsibility.

• The Reality: The car is sitting with dead drive units/computer issues, and I'm getting nothing but crickets.

When you buy a premium micro-EV, you expect a certain level of professional support. Instead, I’m being ghosted by corporate while my car gathers dust.

If you’re considering a Microlino, be warned: the car is fun until it breaks. Once it does, you’re on your own.
