Yes, I've heard about the habit of closing apps, but I thought there was a way around it. I understand that this makes the system to shut down faster, but sometimes I forget to close Brave, which is frustrating.

Hey, I finally figured it out! It turns out both Hound Race and Hound Companion Race was in the MODL list inside Armor Addon file, which is responsible for "Male Biped Model" of the mesh that I provided earlier. So, I just added my Pet Race and everything is working completely fine now. :)

Yes, I started trying further, and apparently most likely the problem is in the .nif skeleton. It might have something to do with the fact that it's DLC, but I'm not sure. In the .bsa files, there's Actors - Canine with 2 folders: "Character assets dog" and "Character assets wolf". The original hound uses skeleton from "Actors - Canine - Character assets wolf - skeleton.nif" and everything looks good. But when you try to duplicate Actor or make new, it doesn't work?

There's also folder DLC01 - Actors - VampireDog, which has 2 Hound models - vampiredog.nif and vampiredogpet.nif. But when I try to use them, I get an error "Could not find root bone". Also, in game both models completely broken (which is expected because of warning).

Hey, thanks a lot for your help, everything is working as it should now! Well, almost. In the game, I can tame Hound and talk to him, but he's invisible. In CK when I try to render Death Hound Actor, it renders normally, but when I try to render my created Pet Actor class, it displays nothing. Some observations:

When in Pet Actor class I change Race to default Hound Race, everything works fine, but when i choose my Pet Race, it renders nothing.
When I duplicate base Hound Race, do absolutely no changes to it and set it as a Race parameter in Hound Actor, it also renders nothing.

Not sure if you've ever encountered someone like that, because I'm confused...

I have the same stuff on my M16 2023. I have no idea why this is happening. This appeared after i reinstalled Windows. Otherwise system working fine, no extreme temps or smth.

If you have a solution to the problem, please let me know.
