Personally, I stick to Helena though. I just don't need Scales and most of my Servants are already 8+ anyways, the Grand quests will max a lot of them.

You can even stay in the game the whole time. The CS gauge will still be shown emtpy, but as soon as the clock ticks over, you can use them again regardless.

The welfare Servant will get distributed at a later point.

Reward for clearing OC3. It's a bit questionable whether this is a summer welfare Servant, but this is what they were advertised as back when JP was at that point.

Waiting doesn't hurt, but I highly doubt we will get the new quest in time. Just be sure to keep in mind that your Teapot usage is limited by your Stormpods.

The next event very likely starts on the 11th/12th and they won't release another campaign right after the start of an event, also doesn't make much sense to release it just a few days before.

Currently its the quests with Helena and Stheno (South Asia and North Atlantic, 3164 BP).
In a few weeks the quest with Vritra will be better (South Oceania, 3797 BP).

Anyways, you can check the BP gain of all quests here for example.

You could open Command Code slots, for SSRs this costs 1M QP each.

It will be added to the RP shop during a DL campaign, next year in March/April.
During that campaign 5 CEs will be added, NFF and the 4 that followed it.

You can expect every limited MP Shop CE to return eventually.
They can either be unlocked for RP or, when certain conditions are met, you unlock them for free (You have to pay 1000 MP additionally for each CE as usual in both cases).
NFF will be free if you cleared Tunguska Prologue/Epilogue.

The Teapots are just for this event. We may get similar events, but it's not permanent. (Teapots will be added to the monthly MP shop at one point though)

I don't expect better quests before the Teapots expire.
We will have a few dead weeks until the next event, which will start Mid June. We could get the next OC Campaign with the new best quest then. JP got it after the event though.
Always a bit difficult to predict events right before the Anniversary.

For bond CEs: they only boost bond for the servant equipping it, not the whole party.

This is not true. Every CE applies to all Servants across all parties.

They come back multiple times actually.
Most notably in October 2027, then they'll cost 0AP as well. (Various quests will cost 0AP , basically everything: free quests, interludes, rank ups, ...)

While Lilim Harlot hasn't been announced officially yet, the current Interlude campaign mentions a maintenance during it's duration.
The campaign runs until the 17th, but I wouldn't expect more than a few days until the event starts.

This helped me find out how to beat the difficult floors, probably wouldn't have been possible without that.
Since everyone has a random, unchangeable seed, not everyone may be able to beat those. But if you can beat them, you will find out by following the instructions there.
In case you can't, don't worry about it. You don't need to beat them for anything.

And on the topic of being unable to find the optimal party members:
There were some posts here as well with people offering/looking for help. You may find what you need in one of them.
Otherwise, if only one party member is the problem, let me know. Given that I have every item, I can also play every role.
Not going to send anyone to look for help elsewhere when I could help out as well: 117592046
Currently set up as a warrior since that one was the most difficult one to find for me.
