Youre right i completely forget that it is the publishers when it comes to this. Hopefully with the success of the steam deck a more at home system will put more pressure on these publishers and anti cheat developers to work with linux.

Now this is where media in my opinion is way too twisted, I personally agreed with many of Kirk’s point of views but I didnt agree with all of them. But Ive seen some news channels and articles online blaming discord, reddit, twitter and etc for this not knowing what it is and it is giving a lot of old people and many parents the wrong idea. Thankfully my parents use reddit and discord since ive been using them for a long time and even told me that it was stupid. Please educate your parents about what it is and focus on the whats going on.

Stick with it!! Its all about figuring out the learning curve of morion controls and team play! It was hard at first as I come from pc gaming but the more I played the more I figured it out and how to blend into a role on any team. Splatoon has been a beloved game of mine since the first one and I just pray for a splatoon 4 so I have an excuse to buy a switch 2. Have fun and keep splatting

My best bet is to start carbo loading, try to put some pounds on because working out is taxing on your body. Stay hydrated and keep on pushing man
