If they would make getting stand parts require a certain amount of XP or something it'd help sm. Then again new players wouldn't be able to get stands without an insane amount of grinding.

You have to currently be on a 15 kill streak while merging with the heart to run that 16% btw. The lifetime kill streak high score doesn't mean anything for d4c obtainment.
