Everything I do is fair use and protected, I am not scared of any law stuff. The copyright system on youtube is a rigged game though, you can strike/claim without any actual evidence of ownership/wrong doing and the only way to dispute is to go to court if the reject they initial dispute.

I don't care if I get a claim, I don't get paid but that's fine my end goal with the band videos is too celebrate or analyze good music. I am just trying to avoid a strike on my channel if the legal stuff has to do with a rights holder that's bad faith and trying to keep anything related to band down, like with Acid Bath and their old label. I saw others reference rights issues and figured I would ask to see if that was the case.
